Steering Column Options
H1 Steering Column
- Sized for the H1 steering column or similar sized column
Humvee Steering Column
- Has additional clearance for the stock Humvee Blinker
- Has a mounting location for stock Humvee light controller.
- Includes a new "Stop, Run, Start" indicator plate for stock Humvee ignition.
Gauge Panel
- The aluminum gauge panel is designed for SpeedHut gauges, which are sold separately.
- Included hole sizes: 2 each at 3-5/16", 4 each at 2-1/16"
- Additional holes can be drilled if you would like to add extra indicator lights.
Plenum and Ducting Air Distribution
The dash features an integrated plenum designed for efficient and even air distribution to five dash vents and two console vents. This built-in plenum minimizes airflow loss and simplifies routing compared to traditional add-on ducting
Four 2.5" hose inputs connect directly to the Gen 5 Magnum blower. Use with other heat/AC systems may require modification.
Located above the plenum is a dedicated duct that supplies the driver footwell. Defrost airflow utilizes the factory Humvee ducting, maintaining OEM functionality.

Locking Storage
The integrated storage compartment utilizes smooth, rattle-free hinges and a push-to-close latch with optional key-locking capability. A removable padded rubber mat is standard, providing both protection and ease of cleaning. Interior dimensions: 16.25" × 7.75" × 3.75".

The console includes four high-quality plastic cup holders with rubber retention fingers, allowing secure storage of beverages ranging from small cans to large cups and various bottles.
USB Ports

The console comes standard with four dual USB/USB-C charging ports. These ports require customer-supplied wiring to a 12V or 24V power source.

Included are three trays sized to hold a phone or other small items. Each tray features durable plastic side walls, an aluminum bottom plate, and a removable rubber mat to protect contents and allow for easy cleaning.

Customizable panels
The console features three customizable aluminum panels. Two panels are equipped with USB ports, while one panel includes a cutout sized to accept a Vintage Air three-knob controller. Additional holes may be added by the customer as needed to accommodate switches and accessories.

- The console has clearance for both turbo and non-turbo dog houses.
- Two 2-inch diameter vents are included; however, the customer must supply the 2-inch hose required to route airflow to the dash.
- The console does not have clearance underneath for a secondary evaporator/blower unit that may be present in some vehicles.
- The console is designed to sit on top of the optional tunnel trim kit, as well as sound deadening and carpet. If these items are not installed, a gap will be present around the base of the console and must be filled by the customer or may be left open if desired.
Infotainment System
The Humvee’s wide transmission tunnel presents a unique interior layout challenge. Instead of placing the screen in the center of the console—where it can be difficult to see or reach—we designed the console to position the infotainment display within easy access and clear view of the driver
The center console includes integrated mounting for a single-DIN head unit, allowing you to install the infotainment system of your choice while maintaining a clean, functional layout.

Tunnel Trim Kit
The Tunnel Trim Kit elevates your interior by transforming hard-to-finish areas into a clean, professional look. This kit includes two precision-cut aluminum panels that sit on top of the factory bed ridges, creating a flat, stable foundation for carpeting.
Once the carpet is installed, the trim panels are fastened down to deliver a secure, finished look. The aluminum pieces can be painted, powder-coated, or easily DIY-wrapped in leather or vinyl to match your interior style.
Designed to simplify some of the most challenging interior areas—around the E-brake and doghouse—this kit eliminates uneven surfaces and exposed edges for a refined, high-quality appearance.
The Tunnel Trim Kit is engineered to fit over sound deadening and carpet, and it also accommodates a thin layer of foam insulation. For best results, we recommend applying sound deadening material to the tunnel before installing the aluminum top panels.
