If you're upgrading your interior with new upholstery, chances are your factory door panels are showing their age. The original thin plastic panels are prone to cracking, warping, and deterioration over time.
Our replacement door panels are precision-crafted from aluminum and feature a two-piece design that allows for a custom two-tone appearance. Not only are they significantly more durable than the factory panels, but they also provide a cleaner, more modern look that complements our premium interior upgrades.

Optional Pull Handle & Arm Rest
The optional pull handle/arm rest is constructed from durable nylon and is designed to withstand years of use. When purchased with an upholstery package, it includes a matching upholstered leather top pad for added comfort and a premium finished appearance.
For customers who prefer a custom solution, the door panels can also be purchased without the pull handles, allowing you to install your own.
Integrated Switch Mounts
The door panels come standard with custom switch mounts designed to match the styling of the panels for a clean, factory-quality appearance.
Front door panels include provisions for two OEM switches, while rear door panels include provisions for one switch. This makes it easy to mount your factory power window and door lock switches
Switches are not included.
Optional Speaker Pod with Storage Pocket
Enhance both the functionality and audio performance of your door panels with our custom-designed storage pocket and integrated speaker pod.
The speaker pod is specifically engineered for Morel Virtus Nano Carbon speakers. These ultra-slim speakers are ideal for the H1 door, allowing the speaker pod to be mounted on the door panel without compromising passenger legroom.
The upholstered storage pocket provides a convenient place to store small items while seamlessly integrating with the overall design of the door panel.
When the "Lower Speaker and pocket" option is selected, each door panel will include:
- Upholstered storage pocket
- Integrated speaker pod
- Morel Virtus Nano Carbon 2-way component speaker system with woofer and integrated tweeter ($1,600 value)

Optional 3-Way Speaker System with Storage Pocket
Take your audio system to the next level with the premium Morel Virtus Nano Carbon 3-way speaker package.
This system features dedicated woofers, midrange, and tweeters, providing superior sound staging, clarity, and detail. With a total of 12 speakers throughout the vehicle, you'll experience a level of audio performance rarely found in a Humvee® or Hummer® H1.
The custom-engineered tweeter pods are angled toward the opposite passenger's head, creating an optimized sound stage and delivering exceptional imaging for both driver and passenger.
Designed specifically for the H1 platform, the ultra-slim Morel Virtus Nano Carbon speakers allow the speaker pods to be integrated into the door panels without sacrificing passenger legroom.
The upholstered storage pocket provides a convenient place to store small items while seamlessly blending into the overall design of the door panel.
When the "3 Speakers with Pocket" option is selected, the door panels will include:
- Upholstered storage pocket with integrated woofer pod
- Custom midrange speaker pods
- Custom tweeter pods
- Morel Virtus Nano Carbon 3-way component speaker system
- Woofer, midrange, and tweeter speakers ($2,300 value)

Raw Aluminum panels will ship within 2 business days. Lead times for upholstery will generally range from 2 to 4 weeks and may vary based on material availability and production capacity. We will provide an estimated completion date when your order is placed.
Storage Pocket Availability

At this time, storage pockets are only available as part of our integrated speaker pod packages and cannot be purchased separately.
Storage pockets and speaker pods are not available with raw aluminum door panels. These features require upholstered components and are only offered with the corresponding upholstered door panel packages.

We work directly with each customer to select the leather that best fits their style, budget, and intended use.
Pricing for both our standard and premium leather options is based on the specific hide selected, as leather costs can vary significantly depending on the material, finish, and grade.

Raw Aluminum Panels
For customers who prefer to customize their own interior, our door panels are also available in raw aluminum. This option allows you to paint, powder coat, upholster, or otherwise finish the panels to match your vehicle's unique style.
Note: Rear pull handles are included only with upholstered door panel packages and are not included with raw door panels. Customers purchasing raw panels will need to provide and install their own rear pull handles, allowing maximum flexibility for custom upholstery and alternative handle designs.
