The fixed top has classic-style curved roof edges.

The removable top has more angular styling and flat surfaces.

The Subframe

The Foundation of our modular top system.

  • The same subframe is used for both the fixed top and removable top, and features a built-in rain gutter.

  • Includes lower bed partition that separates cab from bed.

  • Built from 5052-H32 Aluminum in three thicknesses: .188", .125", and .090". Fastened with a combination of structural rivets and welding.

  • All welded butt joints are full penetration welds combined with riveted mending plates for superior strength and accuracy.

  • The B-Pillar sits back an inch further than the stock military B-pillar for additional head room.

  • Removable interior panels that run from the A-pillar to the C pillar. This makes running electrical wiring simple and allows the panels to be wrapped or painted.

Over Built C-Pillar

  • We Built the C-pillar for improved protection over current market offerings.

  • This graphic shows a comparison between our C-pillar profile and 2" Steel DOM tube, which is a common material for racing roll cages.

Removable Top Features

Removable Roof Panels

  • 2 piece roof built from lightweight high-strength .063" 6061-T6 Aluminum, weighing only 29 lbs. per panel for easy handling.

  • Structural Molly panel provides a storage solution for small items such as sun glasses while also providing a mount for two carrying handles, which aid in removing and transporting the roof panels.

  • Each roof panel is released by removing 5 or 6 thumb screws per panel in less than a couple of minutes.

Removable Rear Panel

  • Built from .090" 5052-H32 aluminum, weighing only 23 lbs.

  • Removable Rear panel comes standard with tinted Acrylic window for reduced weight and increased toughness. Fixed rear panel is a more budget friendly option that comes standard with tinted glass window.

  • Released by removing 3 thumb screws, then tilting back and lifting to release 2 hooks on bottom of panel.

Foam Insulation

  • Comes standard with 3/4" closed cell foam insulation that is laser cut for a precise fit.

  • Ready to be wrapped with suede, or can be left as is

  • Held in place by retainer brackets and the structure of the roof and subframe

Optional Dome Lights

  • Custom designed LED dome lights will give your build a good looking high quality interior lighting system.

  • If purchased without lights, subframe will come with flush aluminum filler panels that can be removed anytime if desired.

Optional Grab Handles

  • Custom designed grab handles are a must for entering and exiting a Humvee.

  • Made from Nylon, which is a very tough material that feels better on bare hands than metal in extreme temperatures.

3 point Seat Belt mounting points

  • The C-pillar comes standard with retractor and loop mounting points which allow you to remove the stock military seat belt mounting knuckles from the top of the rear fender.

Fixed Top Features

A-pillar Trim

  • Provides a finished transition from the headliner to that Humvee A-pillar allowing for a higher finish level than the removable top.

  • Built in sun visor mounting points for driver and passenger.

  • Notched in the center to clear stock wiper motor.

Fixed Rear Panel

  • Comes standard with extra wide tinted glass window installed with rubber Trim-lok seal.

Insulated Headliner

  • Comes standard with the same 3/4" closed cell foam insulation that the removable top uses.

  • 2 each .063" aluminum headliner panels that are ready to be painted or wrapped.

  • Attaches to the roof and subframe structure with included finish screws.

Optional Dome Lights
